Head - Strategy & Analytics - Assets

Skills Required:

- Strong demonstrated analytical skills, problem solving ability, detail orientation & interpersonal skills

- Exposure to relevant SME and / or retail businesses - around 10 years of experience

- Proficiency in MS-Office (Excel, Power point).

Job Requirements:

- Launch of various new products to complete the product suite offered to Bank customers - this will involve doing macro / micro search of the ecosystem, preparation of the business case and taking it up to the launching stage and facilitating smooth execution.

- Data driven business strategies for upselling and cross selling of various asset / liability and Third party products across the vertical.

- Evaluating new vendors, fin tech solutions to be incorporated across the asset lines

- Replicating best practices inside & outside the Bank directly or through Consulting companies.

- Constantly benchmark various asset lines in terms of people, products, productivity and processes against the best in the market.

- Run the analytics for the Business - Financial analytics, Consumer analytics, Risk analytics and Sales & Marketing analytics

- Liaise with other parts of the Bank / asset units for movement of customers / customer information and structuring of incentives for the right behavior.

- Preparation / finalization of asset P&Ls.

- Support in long term strategic planning, annual business planning and reviews for the business
