Job Description:


- The Head of Strategy will be responsible for leading the development and execution of the organization's strategic vision. This role requires a highly experienced professional with a strong background in strategy development, exceptional leadership capabilities, and a proven track record in business planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy Development:

- Lead the development and implementation of the organization's overall strategy.

- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats.

- Develop strategic plans and initiatives to achieve business objectives.

Business Planning:

- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement business plans.

- Monitor and analyze key business metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

Execution:

- Oversee the execution of strategic initiatives and ensure alignment with the overall strategy.

- Manage cross-functional teams to drive the implementation of strategic projects.

Operational Efficiency:

- Identify opportunities to optimize operational efficiency and reduce costs.

- Implement process improvements and best practices to enhance productivity.

Productivity Management:

- Implement strategies to improve the productivity and efficiency of the workforce.

- Monitor and analyze productivity metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

Procurement:

- Develop and implement effective procurement strategies to optimize costs and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.

- Negotiate contracts with suppliers and vendors to achieve the best possible terms.

- Supply Chain Management.


- Design and implement effective supply chain management strategies to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.

- Collaborate with suppliers and partners to optimize supply chain performance.

Team Leadership:

- Build and lead a high-performing strategy team.

- Mentor and coach team members to develop their strategic thinking and leadership skills.

Qualifications:

- MBA

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in strategy development and execution.

- Proven track record of success in leading strategic initiatives.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- In-depth knowledge of the industry and competitive landscape.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
