Our Expectation of this role We are looking for the strategy architect, the mobilizer and visionary to be part of the journey we are embarking on at GoodWorker. We at GoodWorker, have a very ambitious and wide vision as a digital platform that: 1. Aims to transform the lives of blue-collar workforce in India by providing access to a spectrum of services spanning career enhancement and other quality of life services e.g financial / health & other sectors. 2. We are also working on harnessing Affinidi's digital verifiable credential technology to enable the youth to access such services. "Our vision is to create value for youth and employers, impacting 100 million lives by 2030" With such a comprehensive vision implies that GW, while keeping its core target audience (blue collar workers) in mind, will aim to enter & play across a wide variety of industries /marketplaces and build an ecosystem of such services for its core TG. This vision therefore, makes the role of articulating & executing the strategy of GW a very challenging, enriching & exciting one. It is to help GW fulfil this objective that we are looking at a head of strategy role at GW. What will you do? In this role, you will be working with the CEO of GoodWorker and his leadership team building the platform for the next 300+ million users who are on a mission to transform the lives of millions of blue-collar workers in India and abroad as we grow. - You will lead by defining, articulating, and communicating the overall strategy and direction of the Company: - One of the key aspects of the role is to work with the CEO, and other management teams in setting the direction, strategy, and the execution plan for the company - Actively liaise with the Lemmatree group CSO & Goodworker CEO for broader alignment at the group level. - You will help in planning & running new initiatives for the business unit - The strategy head will be responsible for working closely with the leadership team in setting up new initiatives across business, markets, platforms - build, operate and transfer model. - You will collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to run select strategic projects. - You will be striking and running strategic partnerships for the company: - The Strategy head will also be responsible for striking and managing strategic partnerships with large partners at a Glance level and work with different functions to make them successful - Figuring out best ways to draw synergies with the Lemma tree ecosystem. - You will be responsible for Annual and quarterly business planning: - The strategy head owns the final annual and quarterly business plan of the company and must ensure review cadence to measure goals and metrics across business, product, and revenue - You will be working on the business wide category of the GoodWorker platform and help with continuously evolving our biz strategy(biz models, competitive landscape) to keep us ahead of competition - One of the key aspects will be the ability to make inferences & draw insights, provide options on the strategic areas to operate in - help with tracking interesting biz models across the globe that focus on the blue collar workers - help in analysing, structuring and solving select business problems across functions. What will you deliver in the next 12 months? - Continuously track the ecosystem of services that can / should be offered to workers in India and study / evaluate interesting biz models around the globe and in India. - Help the CEO drive the strategic direction for GW while working with the leadership team. - Identify & drive synergies by leveraging the decentralised verified identity platforms that the LemmaTree group is building through its group companies, by actively working with the CSO (group level & his team). - Work with the leadership team to arrive at innovative / powerful biz models for GW to pursue through the build / buy / partner rout
