Job Description : Head -Strategic Talent Acquisition- Corporate-Bangalore.
Summary : The Strategic Talent Acquisition role will focus on mandates for multi - level recruitment and Executive hiring mandates across the Corporate Functions at Client and independently drive closures working with the Business Leadership.
Reporting to : Chief People Officer
Location : Bangalore
Objectives :
- Work with the Leadership Team for all hiring mandates across all geographies for all the Corporate & senior Functions.
- Identify, attract and retain the highest calibre of diverse talent using the most effective recruitment and selection processes, networking, tools and technologies.
- Be able to drive the Client Employer brand with prospective candidates
- Must be able to leverage a deep networking in the Industry
- Work closely with the business leaders and advise them on the best practices and processes for recruiting Executive talent.
- Build talent pipeline and forge strong relationships with senior level and highly specialized candidates in the Industry for business critical positions for the organization.
- Manage strong sourcing, selection and networking capabilities to hire in a cost effective environment and efficient manner.
- Drive the team for Corporate Recruitment with strong focus on delivery, timeline and budget
- End to End involvement with the Executive Search mandates, from sourcing, conducting interviews until onboarding.
- Negotiate at the Executive level, to gain approval and consensus on negotiated offers and close the hiring process
- Regular review of the hiring numbers/ metrices for the Corporate Function.
Desired Candidate Profile :
Education : MBA, Preferably from premier institutes.
- Should have 8 to 15 years of experience in Executive Level hiring
- Expert knowledge of the recruiting technologies, trends and a sound understanding of recruiting with Social Media.
- Build sound understanding of the business and directions with an ability to map future skill requirements, strategize and drive closures
- Previous experience in Executive Search would be an added advantage
- Must be comfortable leading a Team
- Must have prior experience working closely with business leaders
