Head of Partner
Role and Responsibilities:
- Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships that align with company revenue / business goals. Our Business goals from Partners are Revenue, Win deals from Large Enterprises across India and outside, YoY growth and Market Disruption.
- Develop and implement strategies to create and expand the partner ecosystem.
- Evaluate potential partners and assess their compatibility with company products and services.
- Set and achieve revenue targets through effective partner management.
- Work closely with partners to identify and capitalize on revenue opportunities.
- Develop pricing and incentive structures to drive partner performance and revenue growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners.
- Ensure high levels of partner satisfaction through effective communication and support.
- Address and resolve issues to maintain a positive and collaborative partner network.
- Develop and implement training programs for partners to ensure a deep understanding of the company's products and services.
- Provide the necessary tools and resources for partners to effectively sell and support the company's offerings.
