Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategy - Drive Net Promoter Score across all locations, through a unified strategy
2. Stakeholder Collaboration - Collaborate & influence key stakeholders to align operations with academic vision & student experience initiatives
3. Performance - Leverage data-driven insights to track metrics, elevate student experiences and improve Net Promoter Score
4. Operations - Foster operational excellence to address & solve for key challenges
Candidate Profile:
1. Possess an Ivy League MBA, 4+ years at McKinsey / Bain / BCG / LEK / Kearney or leadership experience / ex-founder at a successful startup
2. Exceptional communication, ability to lead, influence and manage stakeholders and bring a data-driven approach to solving complex problems
- Proven experience in leading complex, geographically spread operations, in a high-growth setup
- Passion for travel & exploring new places
