Position : Head Strategic Legal

Education : LLB

Job Responsibilities:

1) Central legal management of policies in the organization & Group Companies

2) To support GGC & other legal team to prepare arguments & strategy in cases

3) To help board note preparation on policy decision and notes

4) To provide legal support to Group Strategic Procurement & GIM

5) To provide strategic support level 1 to all Organization's group companies located in different parts of India

6) To assist & facilitate any matters - Corporate or litigation which may have an impact across the Organization's Group

- Must be acquainted with management working & working in team

- Experienced in policy management & strategic decision making.

- Thorough knowledge of corporate laws, Legal insight for drafting various legal documents, Good negotiating skills with parties & Business acumen,

- Good analytical and communication skills.

- Ability to give effective legal advice and keep self-updated with latest changes in law

- Must possess leadership qualities ; Strategic decision making capabilities
