Today it is a leading architecture, design, planning and consulting firm with offices throughout India as well as in Australia, Singapore, China, Thailand, and Vietnam. They are in the top 3 design firms in India and top 10 in Asia.
Today the company is at an inflexion point where they truly want to disrupt the way clients view this industry, and hence want to bring long lasting digital innovations. This will change the way clients are approached, the way they interact and also how end results are delivered leading to operational efficiencies and client delight.
The company has now become a group of entities that revolve around design, technology and disrupting the traditional ways of working. As the Head of Strategic Initiatives, you will be responsible for ushering in the next stage of evolution of the group by working on the following:
- Working closely with the Group CEO and other CXOs of group companies
- You will ideate and execute strategic projects to achieve market leadership.
- You will also track/analyse existing businesses and implement strategic initiatives leveraging digital technology to improve operational excellence.
- You will help in ideation and implementation of new business models in line with the Groups vision
- Be proactive about solving problems even if it's outside of your area and be ready to take on additional initiatives and responsibilities as they emerge
- Seek out opportunities to be a leader and do everything you can to help the company achieve its larger objectives
Candidate Profile:
- Professional who is creative, strategic, analytical & have a sharp business acumen.
- Result oriented and have the drive and focus to see a project to fruition.
- Proven track record working with leadership level in driving business improvements.
- Relevant experience of at least 6 yrs and have an MBA from a premier business school.
- Well versed in developing and interpreting analytical reports used to measure change.
- Tech-savvy, and have the aptitude to successfully adopt digital and technology initiatives.
- Strong written, verbal, communication and presentation skills.
- Positive, collaborative attitude with the ability to engage with people at all levels.
