SBU Head - Leading construction

- We are looking to hire an SBU head for a division of a leading and reputed construction company in Chennai, a part of a 75 year old name, that is into turnkey contracting.

- The incumbent, will be the defacto COO for a SBU of the company, and be responsible for P and L, ramping up business and revenues, by catering to both captive business, and to new business, both in the upscale residential and commercial segments, not only in Chennai, but across the region.

- The role will report in to the Managing Director of the company.

- Incumbent will be a B School graduate, with experience in the construction sector - this exp is not mandatory though.
