The role is responsible for leading and directing acquisition of new relationships, business partners and Bancassurance partners for both TPD channels in an open architecture environment that allows banks to tie up with multiple insurance service providers. The role works with the channels heads of Banca and CABC in identifying, acquiring and activating new channel partners, and also monitors achievement of business plans from these partners along with the respective channels during the initial stabilization period.
1. Strategize plans for increasing distribution and thereby sales generation capacity to enhance business opportunities.
2. Monitor and review delivery of planned targets in order to ensure achievement of business goals
3. Ensure profitability of business from new relationships to ensure being in the desired Expense Gap.
4. Plan with Channel Heads and Business Head to set the strategic direction for CABC and Banca. Ensure that market intelligence and business trends are provided to the Senior-most Management
