We are currently hiring for a MNC Bank HEAD - STRATEGIC ALLIANCES
- Position is responsible for focusing on portfolio acquisitions of all products category for the Retail Clients.
- Key objective is to work on originating new portfolio available for acquisition, complete due diligence and analysis of the portfolio, complete acquisition process in compliance with Group and Regulatory guidelines.
- For organic business, underlying objective is to achieve a strong penetration within the categories through media campaigns, creating loan structures, working closely with ETB, marketing & tele-sales teams.
- Ensure profitability and deliver volumes, meeting the norms on compliance, financials etc.
- Ensure that on-boarding processes are best - in-class for new customers originated for the business.
- Target and focus on PSL assets acquisition through builder tie ups directly as well.
Key Responsibilities :
- Forge new banking alliances with online and/or brick-n-mortar companies, having a large, loyal and captive customer base, for acquiring Affluent and Emerging Affluent NTB clients, across Retail Banking, Employee Banking, Transaction Banking and Corporate Banking businesses.
- Drive the partnership strategy with top players in the eCommerce and offline space. Evaluate prospective partners for technical and business fit with SCB's strategy.
- Engage with prospective partners at executive, business development, and field operations level to ensure goal alignment and joint customer success.
- Design business models with alliance partners on a digital platform to bring system efficiencies and higher sales conversions.
- Shepherd deals through internal processes from the negotiation to launch stage.
- Co-Create CVP's working along with Product & Sales team to maximize client penetration and revenue.
- Work with various internal teams - Product, Marketing, Compliance, Legal and Sales to roll out the alliance.
- Ensure regulatory compliance across various processes designed.
- Lead cross-functional internal teams, manage key internal stakeholders and drive management team decisions to support the alliance.
- Deepen existing alliances by leveraging all customer touch points
- Develop and manage the ongoing relationships with key partners, ensuring engagement through all levels of the organization.
- Co-Create CVP's working along with Product & Sales team to maximize client penetration and revenue.
Knowledge Skills & Experience :
- Business development and client relationships
- Ability to engage partners at the top management level
- Ability to understand the partner's business model and identify leverage opportunities
Experience :
- BD and strategic alliances experience of 8 to 10 years in BFSI
Note : Candidates having relevant experience at leadership role in similar capacity from Top B-School would be preferred.
