Job Description :
- The person will be responsible for heading the entire sales function for identified top 250 customers by revenue potential with multi-location presence. Also the person will be responsible for driving customer acquisition and wallet share gain objectives through a team of top notch strategic sales account managers.
- Account and segment level profitability and market share
- Identify early industry and market trends affecting mobility choices of mega corporations
- Competition assessment and potential eco-system partnerships
- Build the best Key Account Management team in the mobility and EV industry
- Continuously assess and update the potential of Strategic accounts for right staffing
- Allocate accounts to ensure optimum account coverage and depth of penetration
- Closely guide the Strategic Accounts' Managers in mapping each account and in crafting and executing account level plans
- Work with the team in target achievement planning for the year/quarter/ month
- Work with the National Sales Team and the Operations' team on an operating model that ensures a seamless experience across the country to Strategic Accounts
- Build personal rapport with key CXOs in customer organisations to understand their personal and professional objectives related to the delivery of mobility solutions
- A ready contact of CXOs in his/her personal network
- MBA from tier 1/2 institutes
- Exposure to B2B sales in EV/Transportation industry is highly preferred
- Experience in high value selling to corporates
