Role Overview:

In this role, you will be responsible for leading operations and transformation for strategic key accounts. You will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer. This position requires an in-depth understanding of client needs, a consultative approach, and a focus on delivering innovative and impactful solutions to drive client success and operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

- Engage actively with clients to understand their requirements and expectations, ensuring the delivery of innovative, industry-leading solutions. These solutions will often be cross-functional and impact clients across various industry verticals.

- Deliver end-to-end business impact by driving efficiency and ensuring seamless implementation and streamlining of onshore/offshore operations across client and company centers. Work with clients to define business outcomes that matter, identify critical metrics, envision client business scenarios, and communicate a clear value proposition from the customer's perspective.

- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior client executives by building a deep understanding of their challenges and business priorities, guiding change within complex client environments while bringing in industry knowledge and thought leadership.

- Lead large, complex business and operational teams to ensure zero-surprise operations by building strong quality frameworks and early warning systems. Regularly review operational performance and transformation initiatives with senior client partners.

- Focus on improving gross margins on strategic accounts by implementing cost optimization initiatives.

- Leverage advanced technologies such as Robotics, Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, and Analytics to enhance transformation opportunities for existing clients. Collaborate closely with technology teams to bring innovative solutions, capabilities, and cutting-edge technology to clients.

- This role requires a consultative and ambitious mindset, strong networking across multiple functional teams within the organization, and a passion for solving industry challenges using technology, domain expertise, and process knowledge.

Minimum Qualifications:

- MBA, with a preference for a qualification in Finance.

- Proven experience in leading large, cross-regional teams and delivering significant business impact for clients.

- Strong financial and business acumen to deliver value to both clients and the organization.

- A successful track record in driving technology-led transformation programs for clients.
