Head/Sr VP - Resource Mgmt Group - IT

Head RMG

Looking for Global Head RMG for one of our client. The role would be Senior Vice President and would be reporting into the Business.

Mandatory Skills:

- A minimum of 15 years plus of Resource Management practice experience, the last several years of which should have been spent within a large hi-tech organization. Preferably in a global organization. Demonstrable success in leading teams with ability to provide direction, support and development to the RMG team

- Should have handled a workforce of 6000 employees

- Looking for candidates who have handled strategic RMG functions rather than transactional roles.

- Should have good RMG tool exposure in a multi geographical scenario.

- Experience of working in matrix reporting environment and manage ambiguity. Have the stamina, resilience and determination to success in a fast paced and constantly changing environment
