KRA's :
- To facilitate the Organisation in transitioning from Talent Retention to Talent Management, linking the culture of the Organisation to Business needs.
- Build a business focused learning and development platform for employees to increase their value proposition and enable them to innovate and grow..
- Driving KRA Setting & End to End Performance appraisal review.
- Create the right atmosphere and initiate the right activities which would build the required environment as per the business requirement
- Gallup Survey - facilitate action planning sessions, continuous and open communication channels, complete engagement with the Organisation
- Identify key and critical positions and ensure that adequate bnch is maintained continuously. Career plans for all top performers and High potential employees to be made and followed rigorously
- Build a culture of Reward and Recognition in the Organisation, with adequate controls in place.
- Create a culture of Learning and Development, Ensure that Training as a means of Self Development of Employees, meets its target in terms of number of Mandays and Programs run. eLearning modules to be patronized
- Drive the Mentoring program for all key and critical resources to ensure that the engagement levels are maintained throughout across levels and functions
