Job Description
As the Head for Learning & Development, your responsibilities will include:
- Partner with the business to identify team level learning and development needs in alignment with business needs
- Drive and implement training strategy and roll out learning solutions
- Create and deploy tools / frameworks to drive effective implementation of learning modules
- Manage the department training budget (demand vs cost allocation, adaptation of changes, final reporting)
- Analyse and actively respond to internal/external benchmarks, diagnostics and performance feedbacks
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate must carry 10-12 years of experience and must have at least 5 years of successful experience in the development and implementation of learning solutions.
Qualitative exposure in highly matrixed environment is required along with a proven track record of senior stakeholder management. Influencing skills and planning skills are of high importance and candidates from hi-tech technology companies will be given a preference.
