Sr Manager / Head HR for IT Company

PRIMARY FUNCTION:

Lead & manage the end to end HR operations of the offshore organization that impact business outcomes. Be a key contributor to forming the strategic objectives for the function representing the offshore; own the tactical and operational measures for execution for the offshore HR operations.

- Attendance & Leave Management

- Attrition Management

- Training & Development

- Periodic Reports

- HRIS Maintenance & Management

- Compliance to Organizational Maturity Standards

- Liaison & Interfacing with Business & other Support functions

- Goal setting & Performance Management

- Sustaining Business Alignment of the HR Function

- Talent Management & Acquisition Facilitation

- Competence Management & Development

- Visa & Immigration Processing

- Organizational Development Initiatives having People Function Interface

Required Skills & Experience:

- Broad knowledge and experience in all facets of HR Management -

- Employee Relations, Recruitment, Employee and Organization Development, Employee Training, Performance Management, Compensations & Benefits, Statutory & Compliance Requirements, Policies & Procedures, Systems & automation for HR function. Visa & Immigration related oversight experience will be a plus.

- IT Services experience highly desirable as an operational experience. An experiential maturity in the industry of anywhere about 14 years at a minimum – but not a constraint for the right candidate with the dynamism and drive. Must possess strong communication & presentation skills in addition
