Head - Special Projects/Integration Projects - IT

Key Deliverables :

1. Plan, develop and implement IT projects across the businesses.

2. Facilitate the consolidation of various instances based on business priority.

3. Evaluate the IT projects for business, cost and effectiveness.

4. Drive and support to standardize practices in IT.

5. Monitor the efficiencies of Digital Solutions

Relevant & Total Years of Experience :

- 15+ years of work experience

- Experience handling similar group wide responsibilities

- Experience as IT head/lead for VVIP users (Chairman, Group CEOs, Group CFO's etc.)

- Part of IT leadership teams

- Strong IT technical skills

- Significant project execution experience in delivering large projects independently

- Entrepreneurial

- Change management experience

- Vendor management and governance

- Customer/stakeholder management

- App development / delivery

- IT budgets and sound commercial skills

- Negotiation skills

Educational Qualifications :

- B.Sc. / Masters

- Relevant certification in IT infra, NW, SW etc
