- Establish and maintain relationships with reliable chemical suppliers.

- Ensure a consistent supply of high-quality commodity chemicals to meet customer demands.

- Develop a deep understanding of product portfolio.

- Stay up to date with industry trends and competitive products.

- Monitor industry trends, competitive products, and market dynamics.

- Identify new opportunities and challenges in the chemical industry.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales and sourcing records, reports, and forecasts for management review.

Qualification And Experience:

1. 10-20 Years of Proven Experience in the chemicals distribution or trading business including Principle, Product or Sales Management experience & A comprehensive knowledge of the market for raw material supply to manufacturers.

2. Excellent leadership and influencing skills.

3. An understanding of these markets and their competitive landscape is essential.

4. Awareness of the global and financial factors that can impact material sourcing, supply lines and logistics.

5. Strong analytical skills specifically used in budgeting for targets and incentive schemes, demand planning and sales forecasting.

6. Able to drive effective execution of planned supplier and sales strategies.
