- Hiring Sourcing Head for medical devices and consumables for a leading Hospital Chain.

- Required +15 years of experience in procurement, with at least 5 years in a senior role focusing on medical device procurement in a healthcare setting.

- This leadership role requires an innovative, strategic thinker with a comprehensive understanding of the healthcare landscape, medical device markets, and procurement best practices.

- You will lead a high-performing team, drive cross-functional collaboration, and ensure the organization secures advanced medical devices at the best cost, while meeting the highest standards of quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.

- Team handling experience required.

- Post Graduate in Operations, Supply Chain, Healthcare Management or equivalent.

- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage complex projects and multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
