Head - Solutions - IT

We have an opportunity for a Head-Solutions for one of our MNC client, which provides IT Services and is one of the world's largest consulting, outsourcing and professional services company.

Job Description:

- Lead team of 8-10 Solution Architects

- For past 2-3 years should be heading solutions team for a BU / SBU.

- Shape AM/AD Deals and provide winning solutions

- Should be able to provide innovative spins to the overall AM/AD solutions.

- Solutioning experience should be strong on technologies such as Java, Microsoft, EAI, Mainframes, SFDC, Mobility, Hybris..

- Should have lead large AM/AD Engagements in the past as Engagement Manager / Account Manager

- Up to date with market trends and solutions for AM/AD Services - Ticket base pricing, Managed services, Capacity Models-

- Provide Delivery Accelerators/ Differentiators that makes a solution a - winning solution-

- Strong analytical and problem solving abilities

- Direct Interaction with customers

- Contribute and own RFPs, Proposals and Solutions

- Expert on ITIL/Application Development / Agile processes and methodology

- Experience on SOA, Data Exchange, Messaging, Workflow and Rules Engine. Knowledge of widely used products on the same.
