Responsibilities:
- Focusing on account mining and expanding existing client relationships, while also driving new business development through acquiring new clients (a dual role involving both farming and hunting).
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans for IT services and consulting solutions tailored to automotive industry clients.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (pre-sales, delivery, marketing) to ensure successful execution of transformation projects from proposal to delivery.
- Cultivate and manage relationships with key customers at the CXO level, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends and monitor competitor activities, uncovering opportunities for business growth.
