Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Pan India sales operations for B2B sales l cross-channel marketing and email marketing solutions
- Manage a team of 8-10 RSM's/ BDM's and 2-3 Inside sales reps to generate a 3x pipeline and close enterprise contracts
- Achieve a healthy mix of new business account sign-ups between E-commerce, Offline retail, BFSI, Travel and Fintech sectors
- Work closely with the solution consulting and client success management teams to provide the best tailored solutions for clients
- Pipeline management through effective utilization of the Salesforce CRM
- Bringing thought leadership to the fast changing MarTech industry and should have demonstrated leadership capabilities in leading successful sales teams
Qualification:
- 12+ years of experience in Software sales, SaaS sales. A client centric solution selling and consultative selling approach is a must for success with the role
- MBA from a premier tier I & II institute will be a plus
- Should have managed a team of 10 or more sales professionals in the past
- Experience of selling to BFSI sector is a plus but not a must
