JD :
- Should have managed sales P&L for a Product
- 5+ years of P&L sales experience with demonstrated achievement of quota /revenue goals
- Software sales experience with a practice of solution selling
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- B.E. + B School
- Strong organizational skills; highly motivated self-starter with an ability to work without constant supervision
- Strong negotiation and accurate forecasting skills
- An expansive network that includes potential target customers and (channel implementation) partners
- Outstanding consultative/solution selling skills and consistently not only achieve, but exceed targets
- Demonstrated ability to find, manage and close high-level business in an evangelist sales environment
- Ability to assess business opportunities and use data to inform decision making and persuade others
