One of the largest & leading insurance firms in Mumbai having an edge in adapting to new age technologies and innovative solutions

Description :

- Develop & build tech/ digital first initiatives, products and platforms from scratch to scale

- Set the engineering culture & practice within the organisation, take decisions on tech stacks, vendors, product portfolios

- Devise roadmap and strategy to build solutions to take to customers in line with business objectives

- Build and groom engineering teams from ground up

- Provide thought leadership and innovation to bring customised solutions in form of platforms to the market

Profile :

- Strong hands on experience in full stack development having built products and applications from scratch to scale with a large customer base

- Experience on new age technologies like microservices architecture, data & analytics, rpa, cloud and mobile technologies, etc.

- Ability to lead from the front and innovative thinking

- Prior experience of having established successful products and teams from 0 to 1

- Ability to work in a start up culture and bring about efficiencies

- Experience in Product based, B2C, Fintech organisations preferred
