Skills & Qualifications

- Should have 15+ years of experience working in Software Engineering field with more than 8 years in Project / Program Management Roles

- Knowledge and demonstrated experience of theof PMP& CMMI models.

- Strong interpersonal skills, including strong verbal, written communication skills, business presentation skills and excellent listening skills are required.

- Track record of leading cross organizational efforts

- Problem-solving skills with an emphasis on resolution of complex technical problems

- Ability to deal with ambiguity in an environment of constant change

- Good disposition and personal interaction skills

- Ability to work effectively in a rapidly changing environment and ability to balance multiple priorities.

- Ability to work independently and problem solve.

- Should have handled multiple domestic and international clients

- Must possess broad problem solving and analytical skills

- Excellent judgment, decision-making skills, and the ability to work under continual deadline pressure when the situation is ambiguous

- Strong negotiation skills and conflict management skills

Qualification Required:

- B-Tech, MBA or advanced qualification.

- Project Management - PMI PMP certification
