Head - Software Development & IT Infrastructure

1. In-charge of the Software Development Team as well as management of Data Center and LAN/WAN environment of more than 350 users geographically distributed all over India in more than 20 locations.

2. To ensure feature enhancements and optimal utilization of existing software's to meet the end user requirement.

3. Ensure proper Project estimation and scheduling and adhering to the deadlines.

4. Provide technical leadership for projects and team through design and code reviews, unit testing, debugging new/ existing software, performance tuning and optimization of existing code and ensuring application of best technical practices.

5. Involve and participate in development of Software Code wherever necessary and also involve in unit testing.

6. To design and develop new modules to meet the business requirement.

7. To ensure optimal maintenance of the network equipment and servers.

8. Provide guidance for the team with technical architecture as needed.

9. Mentoring the project team with client communication, inter personal communication, technical practices etc.

- Strong skills in .NET 4.0 / ASP.NET / VB.NET / SQL Server 2000~8

- Minimum of 10 years experience leading a software development team of ten or more subordinates

- Strong experience designing and working with n-tier architectures (UI, Business Logic Layer, Data Access Layer) along with exposure to service-oriented architectures (SOA).

- Ability to design and optimize SQL Server stored procedures.

- Exposure/Knowledge of Servers like Exchange Server 2010, McAfee Endpoint Encryption Server, Symantec Endpoint Protection Server, RSA Server, Symantec Bright mail Gateway Server, File Server, DNS Server, SQL Database server, CRM Server, CISCO ASA Firewall, Routers and Switches,
