Head - Software Development - BFS

Job Purpose

- Envisioning technology solutions that meet customer needs and solve business problems.

- Anticipating and interpreting technology and market trends and initiating strategic initiatives to maintain business leadership in a competitive landscape.

- Envisioning exploitation of technology for innovative and market leading changes to business functions and processes

- Leverage digital technologies for business transformation and creating product & service differentiation / innovation.

- Enhancing business service offerings as a web-based business and leading implementation of web applications

- Enhance quality of technology services.
 
- This will require sound knowledge and experience on:

- Software / Applications

- Trade Engines

- Innovations

Job Requirements : 

Qualifications : 

- B Tech / B E + MBA or another rigorous discipline (an advanced degree in one of these fields is a plus).

- 12-16 years total experience including 4 years experience in Top Management positions.

- Proven track record of evolving and implementing transformational technology solutions that enhance customer delight / solve business problems / optimise business processes.

Functional Competencies : 

- Passion for latest innovations / trends in IT domain.

- In depth understanding of technology landscape.

- Evaluation and promotion of new technologies.

- Architecting technology solutions.

- Managing business transformation projects with global strategic outsourcing partners.

- Technology software procurement.

- Hands on experience on Trade Engines

- Sound knowledge and experience in SQL, .Net, C and C++
