The head of Social media and ORM will focus on developing and furthering the group's social media analytical capabilities, using the collected feedback as information to shape our future strategy. The role holder will be responsible for identifying and assessing what is being said about the group, its brand and companies and will report the same to Senior Management to chart the Group's Branding, Communication, and reputation Management Strategy.
Relevant Experience:
- 12-15 years' experience in Social media/ Deep Listening, social analytics
- Adaptability (Capable of direct co-ordination and expectation management with Chairman and Promoters)
- Strong Analytical skills and abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and proven ability to transform data into a concise, yet compelling story.
- Ability to synthesize information and produce insightful and accurate analysis and recommendations.
- Highly organized and impeccable attention to detail. Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously and deliver accurate reports without grammatical or data errors.
- Experience pulling data from social media listening/analytics tools such as Radian 6, Visible Intelligence, Sprinklr, SimplyMeasured, etc.
