- MBA or equivalent in marketing/ business from tier 1 Institutes
- Almost 7-8 years of B2C (business to consumer) experience in content and digital marketing, running content strategy and content development
- Driving the content strategy for the achievement of the brand objectives
- Drive higher share of conversations in the Food Tech space with cutting edge content
- Lead the internal social media team to scale up our content to drive better customer experiences on our brand platforms
- Own the content calendar and narrative to ensure we have the right content at the right time
- Translate business goals to our content calendar and drive the relevant brand and business KPIs
- Collaborate with internal marketing teams, CRM, digital and product teams and external agencies to achieve the desired objectives
- Crafting and maintaining content calendars, content assets, and content development plans relevant for achieving monthly/ quarterly/ annual business and customer KPIs
