Seeking an experienced and innovative Social Media Head to manage the Public Relations (PR) and Online Reputation Management (ORM) for Founder and CEO.

This role is crucial in enhancing the public image, brand perception, and online presence of our executive leader. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong background in PR, ORM, and social media management, possessing the ability to lead and inspire a team.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning and Execution:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to promote and safeguard the public image of the Founder and CEO.

- Create a detailed content calendar that aligns with the personal brand, company objectives, and market trends.

- Oversee the execution of social media campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and engagement goals.

Content Creation and Management:

- Produce high-quality, engaging content for various social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook).

- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to develop multimedia content, including videos, infographics, and blog posts.

- Manage real-time interactions and responses on social media channels.

Public Relations:

- Establish and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, influencers, and other key stakeholders.

- Prepare and distribute press releases, media kits, and other PR materials.

- Coordinate media interviews, public appearances, and speaking engagements for the Founder and CEO.

Online Reputation Management:

- Monitor and manage the online presence and reputation of the Founder and CEO.

- Track and analyze social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies.

- Address potential PR crises proactively, managing negative publicity and mitigating risks.

Team Leadership:

- Lead and mentor a team of social media and PR professionals, providing strategic direction and support.

- Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment, encouraging continuous improvement and professional development.

Market Research and Analysis:

- Stay informed about industry trends, social media developments, and emerging technologies.

- Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities and areas for enhancement.

- Provide regular reports and insights to the executive team on social media performance and PR impact.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.

- 9-15 years of experience in social media management, public relations, and online reputation management.

- Proven experience managing high-profile personal brands or C-level executives.

- Deep understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.

- Exceptional communication, writing, and storytelling skills.

- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

- Experience in crisis management and handling sensitive information discreetly.

- Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
