- Head the SME Lending Division of a very well known and well funded Indian Startup. Looking at people who are currently heading SME lending (in top Fintechs) OR from MBB Background (Mckinsey, Bain or BCG)

Description

- Head the SME Lending vertical of a very well known and well funded Indian Startup

- Manage and lead multiple functions such as Sales, Alliances, Strategy, Product among others

- Work directly with the top leadership (Founder/CEO) in terms of overall business strategy

- Make immense use of data and Analytics in overall process design within the vertical

- Set up the KRA's for functional heads as well as the overall vertical

- Drive the vision of the firm in line with the overall objectives

Profile

- MBA from ONLY Tier 1 Institutes (IIM A/B/C/K/L, ISB, FMS, or XLRI)

- Currently in SME Fintech OR with MBB (Mckinsey, Bain, BCG) background

- Overall experience of 6-10 years

- Highly Analytical

- Superior Problem Solving skills
