Position is a senior Team Manager role with a call center floor experience.
- The team is engaged in outbound calling of clients to drive sales of liability products for leads generated through the Digital and alternate channels.
Below are the requirements/responsibilities for the role :
- Should have good level of familiarity and proficiency to drive a team of telesales executives and remote Relationship Managers through a liability sales model.
- Rewards/ Remuneration of channel, Technology interface maintenance.
- Create and track a New to Bank portfolio with leads generated through digital channels.
- Manage the portfolio allocated to the SMART branch Relationship Manager.
- Track the P&L - Cost to Income ratio, Channel Profitability - As per Approved Budget.
- Stakeholder management Liaise with Branches, Zonal Heads, Operations. Coordinating with Compliance/ Legal any other regulator with regards to governance of sales process and process enhancements and other stakeholders to overhaul and optimize the digital client acquisition process.
- Accountable for conceptualizing and running campaigns around channel migration to digital channel by understanding transacting behavior of clients therefore leading to better efficiencies of the acquired & mapped portfolio.
- Process enhancements Examining existing processes and evaluating process changes to reduce bottlenecks and improve acquisition experience and service quality for managed customers.
- Thorough understanding of banking domain especially in liability (CASA) and other liability products and also develops additional revenue enhancement opportunity for banks through extensive data exploratory analysis.
