- Prospecting, identifying and developing new Govt. Clients- NSDC, SSCs, State and Central Ministries
- Conducting commercial negotiations with Central & State Government Departments
- Tendering/ Budgeting/ Liaisoning.
- Understands training products and services
- Understands PSU & Govt. Training initiatives
- Knowledge about the competitors
- Understands customers' business and marketplace issues
- Knowledgeable about customers' training needs
Liasion, Center and Franchise Development
- Centre Development/
- Exploring & identifying the potential clients for PSU & Govt. Business
- Evaluating the Tender/RFP/RFI, preparing the quotations
- Analysing leads and opportunities to identify prospects and strategize sales pitch
- Ability to work under pressure
- Managing existing clients
- Maintains good long term relations with existing and new clients
- Liaison with Implementation and development team to fulfill commitments to client of the region
- Costing/ Budgeting
- Responsible for P&L
Operations
- Pre-requisite Registration of Students
- Training Implementations and Quality Controls.
- Finding Trainers and arranging TOT
- Appointing Center Co-ordinators
- Assessment Co-ordinations with SSC and partners
People Management
- Contributes to team efforts
- Collaborates with team members across locations and leverages organization resources optimally to sell & serve customer
Experience
- Minimum 8-12 yrs of experience preferably in service industry (Handling Govt. Business)
Education-
- MBA/PG/PGDBM
