Head Site HR (Plant HR)

Strategic HR Partner:

- As an HR Head for both plants, responsibilities include planning, implementing and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.

- The HR Plant Head role will be responsible for end-to-end employee lifecycle at plant and administrative related activities at both our plants.

Talent Acquisition and On-boarding:

- Responsible for Talent Acquisition and Manpower planning.

- Maintain work structure by ensuring hiring, engagement and on-boarding oi the best Ensure completion of the on-boarding process for all employees and contractual workers at plant.

- Support organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing and interviewing program; counselling managers on candidate selection.

- Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions on a timely basis as and when role changes take place/promotions.

Talent Performance and Learning:

- To drive Performance Management System, Review and Implement Compensation and Benefits strategies aligned to company guidelines.

- Enhance Learning and Development Culture across the organization.

- Lead all efforts for Talent Development and Learning: Plan, collaborate execute all training needs of employees on Prepare employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs. (Internal and external programs).

- Provide all logistics support related to training related activities.

- Maintain MIS and Dashboard to capture all the training data needed. Provide the data as and when applicable and maintain the same for audit related measures.

HR Compliance and Statutory Obligations:

- Responsible to ensure HR legal compliances by monitoring and implementing applicable statutory Laws, maintaining records and representing the Organization at various Associations related to Human Resources.

- Liaising with various / Private authorities / Statutory bodies being well versed with the acts.

Local Labor issues:

- Responsible for complying with statutory requirements under various Labor laws (including compliances under Factory act -1948. Coordination with local industrial Enforce Management guidelines by preparing, updating and recommending human resources policies and procedures.

Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH}:

- Lead the Employee engagement and welfare and Internal Complaints Committee (under Prevention of Sexual Harassment}.

HR Operations:

- Supervise Payroll, Leave Management System and Time office.

- Data/File and Record Management: Retain historical human resources records by designing a filing and retrieval system and keeping past and current records for all future audits.

- Authorize/approve disbursement of Employee loans as and when.

- Responsible for HR budgets and costs and all other operational HR and Admin.

Change Management Culture:

- Nurture positive work Responsible to lead all change management efforts for the plant in terms of Integration, Harmonization and various other change management topics.

- Responsible for maintaining discipline across the Plant taking appropriate disciplinary action as and when required.

Qualification And Experience:

1. MBA in Human Resources with Minimum 15+ Years of Plant HR experience working in a good manufacturing setup. Minimum headcount of 500 with any renowned Indian Or MNC Manufacturing Setup.

2. Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.

5. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

6. Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.

7. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

8. Strong organizational and time management skills.

9. Experience with performance management and appraisal systems.

10. Knowledge of employee benefits and compensation programs.

11. Ability to develop and implement HR policies and procedures.

12. Experience with training and development programs.

13. Strong leadership and team management skills.

14. Ability to work effectively with diverse teams.

15. Proactive approach to HR issues and challenges.

16. Strong analytical and reporting skills.

17. Commitment to continuous improvement and professional development.

18. Ability to travel as needed.
