Position : Head - Shared Services

Location : Kolkata

Education Qualification : MBA or a Masters degree in Business, Finance, General Management or Social Services /or Chartered Accountant with experience in Strategic Management with 15-20 years of relevant experience

Key Responsibilities :

- Head the entire gamut of support services of the company including Strategy, Operations, Human Resources, Finance and IT.

- Work closely with the Board, the MD and the CEO to lay out the strategic roadmap for the organization.

- Provide Vision and leadership to all support functions within the enterprise

- Manage relationship with regulators, key investors and other external stake-holders.

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Energetic and Self Driven individual with 20+ years of experience, an exposure to Banking, Microfinance and Financial Services will be preferred

- Must possess excellent man-management skills and adept at dealing with Senior Management including Investors, Board Members and Regulators.

- A results-oriented, make-it-happen person.
