Head - Servicing - Reinsurance

Position : Head Servicing- Reinsurance.

Qualification : MBA.

Job Role :

- Quotes procurement and policy placements across all lines for both new and renewal business.

- Set up system,processes,templates(RFQ and claims),record system and SOPs for this job.

- Create a knowledge bank pertaining to various products to help the sales function.

- Training and knowledge sharing with internal staff and external partners like client,insurance etc.

- Client meeting with sales guys where ever required.

- Should be able to conduct risk management/risk audits etc in a logistic way for various types of clients.

- All types sales servicing including policy vetting etc.

- Min. 15 Yrs. Experience of similar jobs in insurance company or brokers.

- Deep relationship with and knowledge of insurance companies in India.

- Excellent product and operational knowledge of all products line.
