Job Title : Head of Services Reports To Matrix reporting to COO & the MD Absolute must - Customer centric approach / peoples person Key Accountabilities : - To manage & head the entire Services team - both Electronics & Non Electronics Divisions. - To manage from "policy making" & implementation of such new policies & procedures to overseeing day to day activities of both the service departments. - To closely liaise with customers and striving to achieve, 100% or close to 100% customer satisfaction on every service delivery. - To ensure the fulfillment of all service parameters as per contracts or understandings with customers. - To ensure the smooth coordination of the Services Department with the internal support departments i.e. Supply Chain , Accounts, IT & HR. - To liaise with OEMs on behalf of whom the services are rendered by us, as per agreements with them / standards set by them. - To conduct & organize required training of the personnel in the Service Department and keeping certifications of personnel valid at all times. - To set up and maintain the arrangements with all third parties from whom we take input services. - To improve every aspect of service delivery and customer satisfaction by adopting the latest technology solutions. - To respond to customer complaints and resolve them strictly within set time frames. Required Skills : - A strong background in the Services industry- Consumer or Industrial, of at least 15 years. - Technical qualifications such as a BE in Electronics or Mechanical Engineering. - Additional qualifications in Management preferred. - A high level of energy with an analytical mind. - Excellent communication skills with ability to deal with senior management. - Tech savvy and familiarity with latest IT systems for customer interaction like CRM - Ability to take pressure and work under pressure. - Strong "Customer - Centric" attitude, with 24X7 availability to customers.
