Below position is with an IT Sales company

Head of Services - SaaS IT

Location : Mumbai

Responsibilities:

- Heading services operations for cross-channel marketing and email marketing solutions across campaign management, creative services, technical integrations and client on-boarding

- Manage a team of 25 plus people, providing services on marketing consulting, campaign services and technology services in the space of email marketing and cross-channel marketing

- Deliver on revenue targets as per the annual budget and maintain per person revenue productivity as per agreed goals

- Manage cross-channel marketing services across sectors viz. e-commerce, offline retail, BFSI, Travel, pharma and FinTech

- Work closely with the solution consulting and client success management teams to provide the best tailored solutions for clients

- Delivering on SLA's through effective management of resource allocation

- Bringing thought leadership to the fast changing MarTech industry and should have demonstrated leadership capabilities in leading a motivated services or operations team

- Capacity planning, retention and hiring to meet the budget targets.

Qualification:

- 12+ years of experience in /SaaS / IT/ Marketing services operations with revenue responsibility. Holding a P&L responsibility would be a plus.

- Should have extensive experience in leading large teams of 15 to 20 or more services and delivery professionals

- MBA

- Experience of servicing to the BFSI sector is a plus but not a must
