Job Description:
To effectively interface with the patients/ visitors/ local bodies and service user area heads.
Demonstrated abilities in administration, liaison, HR, security & transport.
To formulate & implement SOPs.
To prepare budgets and implement them.
To seek quotations, analyze comparatives and finalize vendor contracts as per process guidelines ( Security, valet drivers, diesel procurements, courier services, horticulture maintenance, GDA/SDAs, vehicle maintenance, real estate services, telecom services, Photostat services, travel, vehicle, etc.)
To liaison with government bodies (Police, MCD, DDA,MTNL, Delhi Administration, etc.)
House keeping :
To ensure that all equipment, furniture, furnishings and facilities are maintained, checked and kept in good Hygienic conditions.
To set standards for fabric care, linen & uniforms and reviewing & executing very stringent SLA driven service contracts with the Housekeeping & Laundry service providers.
Overall in charge of room cleanliness and public area upkeep.
F & B :
To improve the quality of food cooked at Max Hospitals & setting world class standards for food hygiene.
To implement sustainable management system to maintain occupational hygiene.
To handle any guest queries and complaints in a pleasant and courteous manner.
To ensure training programs for all operations and service standards are in place and tracked
Security :
To look after safety & security measures for guests, employees and Hospital assets.
To liaison with Police and Fire Services departments.
To development and implementation of systems and procedures to ensure theft proof operations.
Crisis management including manpower management.
Grievances handling.
Front Office :
Plan, budget, organize, coordinate and direct Front Office towards optimal patient care with focus on service excellence.
To coordinate with all departmental heads, Medical & Non Medical for smooth flow of patients.
To design, communicate and implement SOPs.
Service Quality :
To ensure quality of Services, exceed expectations of external, internal customer & management as a whole. Conduct surprise audits on quality of upkeep of equipment, manpower and facility. Ensure proper vendor management i.e. pest control, glass cleaning, housekeeping services, laundry etc.
Coordinate with the GM (Ops) and MS/ DMS to ensure service quality.
Minimum Qualifications
MBA / PG in Hospital Adminstration
Experience
Preferably with 4-7 years selling experience in Health Care or related Industries where selling is through Doctors
