Responsibilities :
- Continuously build & manage a robust 'Services' sales pipeline of USD 5 Million/PA.
- Have experience & inroads into large & medium enterprises in international markets.
- Leverage existing relationships to push Real Variable services.
- Understand customers unique and specific pain points and develop compelling business proposition.
- Lead in-person client presentations to C-level executives, including information discovery sessions, product demonstrations and proposals.
- Work closely with the Leadership Team to provide input on the growth of the business and align revenue strategy with overall company objectives.
- Excellent communication & presentation skills with an proven ability in creating collaterals, writing proposals.
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS :
- Minimum 12-15 years of experience (only sales) in Enterprise software sales with an emphasis on Services to large and medium sized clients.
- Sales Experience in international markets is a must.
- Strong existing relationships with Senior and C-level executives in Medium & Large companies
- Should have proven experience in RFP management & Vendor registrations.
- Experience in closing large deals in the range of $1 M to $2 Million
- Self-driven and an ability to work in an entrepreneurial work environment.
- Exceptional in-person, verbal and written communication & presentation skills
