RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for Service Operations of the Passenger Car.

- Handling a team of Service Engineers / Service Managers / Body shop Manager on understanding the Service needs.

- Assuring the Customers about Service Excellence is a of part standard parameter, agencies depending on the specific service requirements etc. and accordingly organize the execution and settlement of the service project.

- Settling Warranty Claims,

- Formulation of warranty procedure and analysis reporting.

- Spares parts planning.

- Camps & Customer meet to Ensure that highest customer satisfaction scores.

- Training and Motivation of the Staff
