Job Description - Looking for a Head of Service Management. The incumbent will be leading the Service Management and should have strong Cloud Service Management experience. Looking for a Practice Lead who has built cloud platform, have completed various Cloud implementations and have prior experience of Pre-sales.

Description:
The candiate will be responsible for:
- Building the Cloud Platform
- Set up Cloud Practice
- Conduct Pre-sales
- Manage P&L and gross margins
- Lead Customer relations and management at the organisation level
- Responsible for managing any scope change and convert this to revenue from the customer
- Ensure timely delivery of all projects
- Works collaboratively with all peers to ensure organisational goals are met
- At least 16 years of experience
- Should have managed large programs and changes
- Multiple projects at the same time in a complex setup
- Strong Experience in handling Application Development and Cloud platforms
- Excellent people management and leadership skills
