Job Designation: Service Management Head

Location: Navi Mumbai

Qualification: CA / MBA-Finance

Work Experience:

- 10+ years in Shared Services/ BPO, MIS, Excellence, Reporting, Six Sigma functions and Profound Accounting and ERP understanding.

- 6+ Years in Supervisory Function.

Job Responsibilities:

Essential Function 1: Growth and Financials

- Supporting smooth implementation of shared services transitions as per the project timelines.

- Assisting the SSC Head in adhering to SLAs, KPIs and impact of that in cost of services.

- Contract Management supervision with third party service providers for GBS.

Essential Function 2: Operational and Functional Excellence

- Responsible for overall performance reporting, governance and excellence of SSC operations (all processes)

- Responsible to prepare for quality certifications and later on adherence to quality standards.

- Owner of process improvements and automation ideas for GBS.

Essential Function 3: Leadership

- Provide direction with action plan for the transition, governance and KPI reporting.

- Create effective messages to communicate how Shared Services supports the stakeholders.

- Ability to communicate and convenience senior leaders in GBS organization and Stakeholders.

Essential Function 4: Continuous Improvement

- Ensure adherence to internal and external guidelines as well as to a standardized process landscape.

- Contribute and / or lead implementation of quality / continuous improvement programs.

- Support process improvements initiatives and related projects (sponsors Company projects within SSC)

Essential Function 5: Relationship Management

- Maintain positive work relationships with members of other teams in and outside the SSC.

- Establishing and maintaining strong, collaborative relationships with internal and external customers.

- Respond to critical customer inquiries (all escalation cases).

Skills/Expertise:

- SAP Experience

- Six sigma expertise

- Exposure to shared services atmosphere

- Team leadership experience.
