Our client in Oman is The Group that has an established presence in fields like Automotive & Allied businesses, Heavy Vehicles, Construction Equipment, Turnkey Projects, Oil & Gas, Special Equipment, Municipal & Civic Services, Property & Real Estate and Travel & Tourism. In the Automotive sector, the Group represents several automotive brands including Toyota and Lexus in Oman. Best Cars, the Group's Pre-owned cars outlet is synonymous with reliable quality and value. In the tyres segment in Oman, Yokohama has become the tyre brand of choice for many.

The Group has also made its presence felt in the Heavy Vehicles segment as well as the Construction Equipment segment.

Designation : Head Service

Reporting : Chairman

Job Profile :

- To head a world class and large service set-up spread across the country.

- To devise and implement aggressive service marketing strategies and innovative campaigns for ensuring high level of customer satisfaction and business growth.

- To maximize cost efficiency and productivity.

- To liaise with Principals on technical matters and warranty.

- To effectively plan manpower, training and development programmes in line with the changing technology.

- Planned up gradation / expansion of service infrastructure / resources will be an important area of responsibility.

- A self motivated individual who can lead and motivate a large team of service professionals & run Service as an independent profit centre would be the preferred choice.

- The position will report to Chairman and carries huge responsibility & expectations.

Qualification : Degree in Automobile / Mechanical Engineering preferably with additional management qualification from reputed institute.

Experience :

- 25 - 30 years of experience in after sales service of which at least 5 years should be in a top management position with profit centre responsibility of a reputed automobile manufacturer / dealership.

- Sound knowledge of the latest technologies, adequate hands-on experience, excellent man-management skills and strong commercial acumen are essential pre-requisites.

- Proven experience of managing a very large service operation with multiple locations and a big team of Technicians, Supervisors and Managers is a must.

Age : 50 - 55 years
