KEY RESPONSIBILITY AND ACCOUNTABILITY
Serve as the strategic lead for organic channels and paid channels budgeting and performance management, across all markets (South-East Asia, Middle-East & Africa, India and other markets to be launched soon) and products or services
- Manage team and work cross-functionally to deliver on all KPIs
- Inbound
- You will be responsible for strategy development and execution of the Inbound digital marketing channels including SEO & ASO
- Produce & manage keyword research, technical, content, link and social audits - analysis and documentation
- Guide and partake in offsite activity such as authority optimization and link generation
- Responsible for identifying and implementing search engine optimization strategies
- Strategize with SEO/ ASO Agency (where applicable), Product, Engineering and Content teams to recommend strategies that drive SEO/ ASO growth
- Creation and organization of long-term roadmaps and supporting content marketing strategy against brand priorities and development cycles.
- Participate in and report findings of comprehensive website audits and competitive search analysis.
- Understand the major factors that influence organic search crawling, indexing and keyword ranking to help increase relevance search engines including but not limited to on Google (Search & Play Store), Apple App Store, Yahoo, and Bing
- Clear understanding of search algorithms and proper leverage these components in the SEO + ASO strategy Measurement and reporting of all organic traffic and sales across all properties and page types Systems
- You will also be responsible for customer journey data systems and processes to determine optimal campaign performance across various KPIs and metrics such as ROI, via sophisticated attribution models, and therefore decide on optimal budget allocation regularly across paid channels
- You will be looked upon to manage data from various data platforms, as well as build efficient campaign analysis solutions, such as Tableau dashboards, to meet specific requirements.
- This position requires an individual to be a data science/ analytics community leader, to have an ability to turn analytics into revenue, to be able to understand analytics products and how to simply explain the value they deliver to stakeholders
- In concert with other members of the organization, take a "big picture" perspective and seek to maximize our total digital marketing return
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
- Demonstrated ability to apply cutting edge analytics techniques to business problems and to leverage external thinking
- Proven ability to scope technical requirements for delivering measurement/analytics plans and products
- 2 years or more of experience incorporating SEO and/or content marketing strategies in driving web traffic and conversion with the aim of improving user experience
- In-depth knowledge of the technologies and processes involved in running SEO campaigns (including HTML/CSS/HTTP/JavaScript)
- Experience with SEO & ASO best practices and skilled at maintaining on-going programs for search optimisation within the organization
- Unique balance of disciplined strategic thinking, creative passion, and a willingness to be hands-on, while being able to go the extra mile to ensure goals are being hit are required
- Proven ability to build consensus and work effectively within a cross-departmental team managing SEO & ASO strategies and execution plan across organization, including with Product, Engineering and Content teams
- Paid search management experience is a plus but you will need the core understanding of how SEO and SEM play nice together
- Proficient in using Google Analytics, Tableau, Adobe Analytics, Google Webmaster Tools, SEO Moz, STAT, SearchMetrics, ScreamingFrog and other key industry tools
- Good understanding of web development and design as it pertains to search engine algorithms
- At least 3-4 years of total digital marketing experience
- 2+ years experience as a consumer tech product manager a plus
- 6-8 years of total experience
- High attention to detail, top-notch analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Ability to lead and manage a team and alongside setting the strategic direction, build systems, tools, processes to drive efficiencies and scale
- Ability to roll-up sleeves and get hands-on as required
- Have a strong understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem and keep pace with new developments, technologies and trends
- A passion for the entertainment business and a strong understanding of popular culture in Asia
- Excellent communication skills sideways, upwards and with team members. Interpersonal skills are a prerequisite for success

Required Qualifications:
- Experience with organic search marketing
- Masters in Business or an Analytical course from a tier 1 institute a strong plus
- Bachelors from a tier 1 institute (preferably a Tier 1 technical degree - Comp. Sc.)
