Head/Senior VP - Facilities & Security Business - South & West Region

Role - Head / Sr.VP - Facilities & Security ( South & West Region) ( Facilities Management Setup)

Location - Bangalore

This is a leadership role and involves end to end business responsibility of Facilities & Security Management. P&L responsibility, People Development and Customer Delight by offering outstanding service experience will be an integral part of this role. Winning and retaining customers, unlocking value by providing innovative value chain transformation solutions and overall strengthening of the Company Brand in the South & West India market.

Job Description:

- Design and implement business strategies for Facilities & Security management including, plans and procedures in line with organizational goal.

- Responsible for handling P&L of South & West India business.

- Ensures continuous improvement through pro-active leadership and development of direct reports and is responsible for running a cost effective operation staying within budgetary guidelines.

- Responsible to deliver Budgets and P&L with an expected level of gross margin.

- Maintains open communication with all levels of management

- Implements Strategic Initiatives that focus on meeting growing business needs.

- Streamlining operations with stringent and consistent controls.

- Proficiency in supporting and sustaining a positive work environment that fosters team performance with strong communication and relationship management skills.

- Oversee daily operations of the unit and the functioning of other departments (Finance, IT, HR, Sales, CRU etc.)

Job Specifications:

- Having relevant experience of 15+ years in Facility management & Security management Business .

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Resource full and should able to liaison with Government authorities and civic bodies.

- Strong leadership and motivational ability.

- Should have industry knowledge and know how Customer service skills are required.

- Would require Travelling.
