We are holding an opportunity for Head Engineering / Chief Engineering for an IT captive unit in HYD.   Please go through the details given below.   EXPERIENCE IN 'OPENSHIFT' OR PIVOTAL IS MANDATORY.  1. 15+ years- experience in leading diverse Tech teams and managing applications used by the business. (Preferably in Financial Services sector).  2. Experience across Technology Infrastructure and Applications Development, with significant, hands-on development experience in the past  3. Sound knowledge of end-to-end software development lifecycle, with experience in managing or leading development engagements in outsourced and distributed environment  4. Proven experience working with and creating business strategy, process, and Quality guidelines  5. Knowledge on the following tech stacks will be an added advantage:  - Pivotal or Docker or Openshift  - Finnacle  - Hadoop  6. Demonstrated ability supporting and leading the delivery of large complex projects.  7. Ability to manage vendor relationship including vendor cost and KPI management, and ability to manage the budget for the department is essential  8. Management of transformation programs that cut across multiple businesses  9.
