Role : - Head /Sr VP - Human Resources
Location - Mumbai
Looking for a Head /Sr VP HR for a Captive ITes client :
Primary Responsibilities:
- Excellent functional knowledge of Biz HR practices. Good people management skills coupled with strong ability to manage and influence Business Heads. High orientation on Compliance and Integrity. Should be well networked in the ITes / BPO / KPO segment
- Ability to work with Global Stake Holders & also Work in Different Time Zones based upto the need
- Be able to Manage the Leadership Hiring Requirements
- Communicate and reinforce the Employer Value Proposition through various HR initiatives to be driven across all entities Pan India.
- Design and implement all HR programs such as Orientation, Rewards & Recognition Schemes etc. for all employees.
- Ensure effective cascading of HR policies & practices across the organization.
- Address all concerns around performance, compensation and benefits and ensure that all employees are aware of the benchmark in the industry
- Conduct engagement surveys and coordinate Focus Group Discussions on a need basis, in order to gauge employee perceptions & opinions
- Manage relationship with Line of business and should have ability to manage interactions.
Education & Experience:-
- PG / MBA in HR
- Min 18 Yrs exp post PG
- Should have worked in an ITeS / BPO / KPO Environment
- Good Experience of working with Global Stake Holders
- Experience in Hiring, HRBP & HR Operations
