- To work as an integrated member of the business line leadership team, this role provides strategic HR direction to support the delivery of the Cluster/ Department's short and long-term business strategy.

- Play strategic/trusted advisor to the business for all HR priorities and support company's vision of becoming employer of choice.

- Build and develop stakeholder relationships.

- The candidate must be skilled at anticipating problems, creating contingency plans, managing multiple priorities, problem solving.

- Nurture Employee Experience throughout the Employee Life Cycle Management.

Direct Responsibilities:

HRBP:

- Act as HRBP for selected Clusters/ Departments. Partner with business leaders and other support functions to maintain a highly motivated and engaged workforce.

- Act as an interface between the Head of HR and the business while leading all change managementfor the business on HR front.

- Develop and lead strategic initiatives for the Clusters/Departments, covering the full range of HR scope, incl. talent and leadership development, organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, diversity & inclusion, capability & workforce planning, compensation & benefits etc.

- HR Operational delivery and BAU delivery

- Query resolution and continuous policy review for changes.

- Oversee and suggest changes to the organizational policies where required. Act as a first level of query resolution, for all policy related matters, queries etc. Ensure employee experience and prompt management of all employee queries. Recommend changes to policies, automations and efficiencies based on day-to-day interactions and working.

- HR Analytics

- Provide MIS support for HR data reporting and analytics for the Clusters/Departments, including- analyzing Exit interview, observe trends and highlight important aspects, prepare and publish dashboards, supporting strategy and decision making at management level.

- Implement employee surveys and questionnaires; help HRBP's in analysis and action planning based on survey results.

- Develop change strategies and plans, including stakeholder assessment, communications, leadership alignment, etc.

- Talent and Engagement

- Identify training needs for Clusters/ Departments and individual executive coaching needs. Participate in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success. Follow up to ensure training objectives are met.

- Contribute and ensure smooth execution of employee engagement activity and learning and development activity / initiative as per strategy.

- Conduct periodically Employee Connect sessions

- Drive Career pathing sessions/ initiatives

- Support develop and coach people managers to manage employee relation using statutory law policies and procedures.

- Share and develop best practices across the HRBP team.

- Employee Grievance and Retention Management

- Partners with the legal department as needed/required on employee issues, reduce legal risks and ensure regulatory compliance.

- Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation.

- Adherence to Group, Company & HR Policy
